21 Love Notes

21 days · 21 minutes · $21

A daily email experience for women who are ready to turn love inward.

Each morning for 21 days, a short love note arrives in your inbox — a little framing and a simple practice designed to help you build a deeper, more tender relationship with yourself.

Breathwork, journaling, meditation, mirror work, movement, self-touch.

Small, complete offerings that accumulate over time into something that genuinely shifts the way you relate to your own body, heart, mind, and soul.

Because the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation of every other relationship in your life. This is where that begins.

  • Week 1 — Coming Home

We begin by turning inward. This first week is an orientation toward yourself — gentle, unhurried, and grounding. You'll meet the three centers of your intelligence: your gut, your heart, and your mind. You'll practice compassion and acceptance, and begin to understand what it actually means to love yourself from the inside out. By the end of the week, you'll have a foundation to build from and a quieter, more familiar relationship with your own inner world.

  • Week 2 — Deepening the Relationship

In the second week we go further. Drawing from the love languages — the ways we naturally express love to others — we turn those same gestures inward. How do you speak to yourself? How do you spend time with yourself? How do you touch and tend to your own body? This week includes practices of devotion, honor, and care that will begin to shift the way you inhabit your own skin.

  • Week 3 — Love as a Way of Living

The final week is where love becomes something you live rather than something you practice. We visit the deeper layers — radical permission, the wisdom of your sacred feminine center, the freedom of your own voice, the truth of your soul. By Day 21 you will have touched something real in yourself. Something that doesn't go away when the emails stop.

What becomes possible

These 21 days won't fix everything or resolve every complexity. But they do create something real.

After completing 21 Love Notes, you may notice:

You feel more connected to your body and your sensations — more at home in your own skin than you've been in a long time.

Your inner dialogue begins to soften. You relate to yourself with more compassion and less criticism.

You create space to actually feel again — emotions, sensations, desires that may have been buried under the busyness of everyday life.

You begin to access your pleasure, your truth, your aliveness — not as distant ideals, but as things that belong to you right now.

You feel less like you're going through the motions, and more like you're actually in your life.

This is the work. Small, daily, cumulative. And it ripples outward — into your relationships, your presence, the way you move through the world.
